Why does my lower oven show errors while the upper works?
The lower oven has its own board linked to the master board. A bad link or board can cause errors there, so we test the connection first.
My upper oven door is sagging. What is the cause?
The door is heavy, and the hinges wear. A sagging door lets heat out and can cause uneven baking. We test and replace the hinges.
What is pyrolytic self-clean?
It heats the oven very high to burn off soil. The cycle stresses the door lock and sensors, so a failure after cleaning is common to check.
