What does the red and white ring mean?
The ring on the temperature knob shows red while the oven heats and white when it reaches temperature. If it never turns white, we test the sensor and element.
After a power cut my oven only says OFF. Why?
The control may have locked up. We check the supply, try a reset and test the control. If it still will not respond, the board is the likely repair.
The door will not unlock after self-clean. What now?
Wait until the oven cools completely. If the door stays locked after that, the lock motor or switch has failed, and we test and replace it.
