Why is my sear burner glowing unevenly?
Grease on the ceramic face is the usual reason for a patchy glow. We clean it and check the flame and gas supply, and we replace the burner only if the face is cracked or damaged.
Why does my rotisserie turn slowly?
A heavy or unbalanced load can slow the motor, especially with a large roast. We check the balance of the load first, then test the motor, its switch, and its connections.
How is the RCI model different from the RC?
