The BGC30-BQ-N is a natural gas Series 7 grill, 30 inches wide, handcrafted from heavy-gauge type 304 stainless steel. Newer BH1-30 models are sold beside it, and it can sit on a cart or be built in. The LP version carries the number BGC30-BQ-L.
Since this grill is made to last, our calls are about the ignition and the burners rather than the body. When no burner sparks, we look at the ignition supply and the spark module first. When one burner lights but the next does not catch from it, the cross-light path between burners needs cleaning. On cart versions, shelf hinges loosen with use and are quick to fix.

Why do my burners not light from one another?
Burners pass flame along the line, so a dirty crossover or clogged ports can stop it. We clean the path and check each burner's flame to see where it breaks.
What is the ignition supply?
It is the power that feeds the spark system. If no burner sparks, we test that supply and the spark module. A tripped outdoor outlet goes to an electrician.
Can I use this grill built in or on a cart?
Yes, it is made for either one. The cart is sold separately, and we can service the grill in both setups, including the shelves and hinges on the cart.
