DCS DD24SUT7 Single Dishwasher Drawer Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Water supply to the single drawer
- Drain and pump
- Latch and drawer slides
- Handle and panel fit
The DD24SUT7 is a DCS single dishwasher drawer, 24 inches wide and panel-ready with square handles. A single drawer suits a small kitchen, a bar or a prep area, or a spot above a second unit. With one drawer there is only one wash path to test, which keeps the diagnosis simple.
When it will not run, we begin at the water and the power, then look at the latch that tells the unit the drawer is closed. After that we turn to the drain, the pump and the filter. If a code shows on the display, we write it down and use it as our starting point, not as the answer.
Little else is given for this number, so we read the full model from the label before we order a part. Older drawers can have scarce parts, and we tell you before the repair whether it is worth doing. Our work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.

Is a single drawer repaired like a double?
The checks are the same, only with one drawer. We test water, drain, latch and the display for that drawer, then explain the repair before we start.
What if the drawer will not close all the way?
Items in the basket, a worn slide or a shifted panel can stop the latch. We check those and the latch itself before suggesting a part.
Do you give a price first?
Yes. You get a written price before any work, and we tell you honestly when a repair is not worth the cost.
