Why do some burners burn yellow?
Debris in the ports or a poor mix of air and gas. We clean the burner, check that the cap sits properly and test the flame at both high and low settings.
What do you check first on the ovens?
The bake element, the temperature sensor and the control. We measure the real oven temperature against the setting, then test each part in turn so we replace only what failed.
The range is very heavy. Can you work on it in place?
Often yes. If we need to pull it out to reach a part, we plan for that when we schedule, and we ask about floor, gas connection and clearance beforehand.
