Most common issues on this model
- Six burners lighting evenly
- Oven element and sensor
- Ignitor wear
- Gas and 240 V connections
The RDT-366 is a 36-inch dual-fuel range with six burners, from the older Traditional RDT line. This model fits six burners into a 36-inch width. It pairs gas on top with an electric oven.
Six burners in 36 inches means burners sit close together, so a boil-over on one can reach the next. We check that each burner lights and holds a flame, and we look at ignitor wear and clogged ports where the spills landed. Oven problems follow the usual order: element, sensor, then control. We keep the gas side and the electric side separate during testing.
Gas supply work behind the range goes to a licensed plumber, and the oven circuit goes to an electrician. Parts for this older line can be hard to find. Supply is our first question, a written price our second, and an honest opinion about repair versus replacement comes with both.

Error codes this model can show
Why does one of my six burners not light?
The ignitor or the ports are the usual cause, often after a boil-over. We clean and test the burner, then replace the ignitor if needed.
Is the oven gas or electric?
Electric. The cooktop is gas and the oven is electric, so it is a dual-fuel range. That is why we test the two sides separately and call in the right trade.
What is the difference from the RDT-364?
The RDT-366 has six burners, and the RDT-364 is a different number in the same line. Cooktop parts can differ between them, so we confirm the number from the label.
