The WODV30 is a discontinued double wall oven, 30 inches wide, that cleans itself. Each oven has its own knob and a PUSH TO CLEAR button, and cooling fans stay on after cooking to protect the cabinets around it. It installs the same way as the WOSU30, WOSV30 and WODU30.

An error shown on only one oven is the usual call, and the display tells us which cavity to test. A dead oven light is often just the bulb or socket. Complaints about uneven baking can start with a door opened often during cooking, which drops the temperature, so we measure the oven before assuming a failed part. Fans that run on after cooking are normal; fans that never start are not.

Parts for a discontinued model are not always on the shelf, so we find what exists before we quote, and you approve a written price before we begin. If the oven is not worth repairing, we will say that too. The label gives us the model and serial.

An error shows on one oven. Does the other still work?

Usually yes, since each oven has its own sensor and controls. We read what the display shows and test the affected oven separately from the one that works.

Is it normal for fans to run after I turn the oven off?

Yes. The cooling fans keep the cabinetry safe while the oven is hot. If they do not start, or never stop, we test the fan, its switch and its control.

My baking comes out uneven. What should I check?

Opening the door often drops the temperature, so start there. If baking is still uneven with the door closed, we check the element, the sensor and the door seal.
