On DCS RF15I outdoor ice machines, including the RF15IR3, the RF15IL3 and the earlier RF15I, every indicator flashing continuously is a communication error. The board that runs the machine has stopped talking to the front panel, so the keypad and display can no longer be trusted to run it. You see all the indicators blink together instead of one clear message, and ice making may stop.
