On current DCS RF24RE4 and RF24LE4 outdoor refrigerators, a display showing SH or EH most likely means Showroom Mode is on. This is a demonstration setting. The interior light and display work normally, but the compressor and fans are not energized, so the cabinet does not cool. You switch it on by holding two keys for five seconds, and the display shows a symbol for about two seconds when it changes.
