The RF24TR2 is a current single-tap outdoor beer dispenser, 24 inches wide, with the door hinged on the right and a left-hand version numbered RF24TL2. It takes either a half or a quarter barrel keg, and the stainless cabinet has an anti-scuff floor shield.
Because it takes a full-size keg, a foamy pour often comes from a keg that has not had time to chill, so we ask when it was loaded. Next we check the regulator for leaks, the line and coupler for residue, and the cabinet temperature at the tap. If the cabinet temperature is right and the pour is still foamy, the faucet and the line are our focus.

Why does a fresh keg pour foam?
A keg that has not chilled is the usual reason. If the foam continues after a day, we check the regulator, coupler and line for problems.
What keg sizes does it take?
It holds a 1/2 or 1/4 barrel keg. A larger keg is heavier and needs careful loading, so we also check the shelf and door when diagnosing.
What does the anti-scuff floor shield do?
It protects the cabinet from scratches when you slide or load a keg. It is not a cooling part, but we make sure it is seated correctly when we service the unit.
