RF24BTR2
DCS RF24BTR2 Draft Dispenser Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Slow pour from one tap after a line problem
- CO2 supply leaks and regulator condition
- Tower condensation
- Cabinet temperature for two small kegs
The RF24BTR2 is a current 24-inch dual-tap outdoor dispenser with a right-hinge door. Its double draft tower supports two 1/6 barrels, and its setup includes a CO2 regulator and keg couplers. The left-hinge twin is the RF24BTL2.
Two small kegs mean two sets of lines, couplers and faucets, and most complaints are about one of them. A tap that pours slowly after a line was moved usually has a kink or a worn coupler seal. A CO2 tank that runs dry sooner than expected tells us to leak-test the regulator and every connection. We look at tower condensation too, because a damp tower in humid weather is common outdoors.
Before ordering parts we read the model and serial from the label. If you also need a new outdoor outlet or GFCI protection for the cabinet, an electrician does that work, and we handle the dispenser. A written price comes before the repair, and we back it with a 30-day workmanship warranty.

Can the dispenser hold two kegs at once?
Yes, its double draft tower supports two 1/6 barrels. We service the lines, couplers and faucets for both taps, and check that the cabinet holds temperature with both kegs loaded.
One tap pours slowly. What is the cause?
Often a kink or a worn seal in that tap line or coupler. We trace the line from keg to faucet and check the CO2 pressure feeding it.
Do I need an electrician for the outlet?
If the outdoor outlet or GFCI is not working or does not exist, yes. An electrician handles the circuit. We test the dispenser itself and its own cooling system.
